WHY ONLINE WORKSHOPS?

Over the past two years we’ve done a full five weeks of live teacher trainings.  It’s been an incredible journey 💫

And through that process we realized that some of the theory we teach doesn’t need to happen in person.

When we’re together with students, we want to focus on hands-on practice—building the live skills that make great teachers.

But theory and concepts still matter a lot!  It’s the foundation that supports everything we do in the classroom.

These online workshops let us share that foundation with more people, and helps keep our in-person time focused on what matters most when we are live working with each other.

UPCOMING LIVE WORKSHOPS

Our next online workshop will be announced soon!
It will be on Sunday March 1st, 2026.

CHOOSING MUSIC FOR CLASSES

Sunday December 14th

19-20:30 CET (Rome) / 1-2:30pm EST (NYC) / 10am-11:30am PST (SF)

No more scrambling for songs!  Teaching with music that works  🎶

You’ve developed the perfect exercise to lead your students through the next technique… you’ve explained it clearly and succinctly… you’ve set them up expertly with practice partners…

…then the song comes on and it’s completely wrong for the vibe you’re trying to create.  The students aren’t concentrating anymore, and it’s chaos until you can figure out how to get everything back on track.

The right music at the right time can be the difference between a concept hitting home and complete classroom disorientation.

Mark and Flouer will guide you through their proven process for choosing, organizing, and using music strategically, so you can spend less time hunting for songs and more time teaching with confidence.
